Bowling is back!
Ten Pin bowling is back as local venue, The REC Horsham Ltd, prepares to open its doors on August 1st.
After months of keeping the balls on the racks, bowling centres across the UK are now looking forward to welcoming back the loyal customers that helped the industry turnover £310million in 2019.
It was hoped that they could join in with the rest of the leisure and hospitality sector when certain businesses were allowed to reopen. However more information was needed and after much lobbying from the industry the decision was made that Bowling centres were actually very safe.
Safe, Value and Fun!
The REC will be making sure the customer experience is as safe and fun as possible. The 12 lane centre is opening 6 of them for use due to the new social distancing measures. It has also designed a through cleaning programme that will give visitors reassurance during their stay.
Scrapping the standard game rates for a new ‘power hour’ up to 6 people can play for just £20, meaning you can enjoy a game for just £3.33 per person!
The benefits of the hourly bowl deal are widespread and it has been created to not only save the customer money but also give them valuable piece of mind. With a set time to bowl, the centre won’t be able to exceed capacity. It also ensures that you know an exact start time and finish time.
It hasn’t just been about bowling though, The REC team also recently bought us The REC Stop, a one stop ice cream and coffee shop! Check out our little piece from a few weeks back to find out more!
