Horsham-based housing association Saxon Weald have retained their Investors In People gold award for the second time, following their recent reassessment. Employing close to 240 people, the organisation was praised for its culture of continuous improvement and investment in learning and development. Assessors also commented on how staff are very passionate about what they do and take great pride in their work.
