Odd Sock Day kicks off Anti Bullying week

Did your child ask for odd socks this morning?

Bullying has always been high on the list of concerns of Parents and Children alike and today people across the Nation are raising awareness by wearing odd socks!

Its the first day of Anti bullying week and children (and The District Post’s Davey Pearson) have been asked to donate £1 to help raise funds to help tackle the issue that has affected most of us in some way.
Money isn’t the core objective though, the primary goal is to make people aware and show support for those being bullied and maybe, encourage them to speak out.
