Billingshurst marketing agency PMW Communications is delighted to launch a brand new Masterclass initiative which aims to help small and medium sized businesses navigate today’s marketing landscape.
The Masterclass sessions start with a social media workshop on Friday 5 October, when the focus will be LinkedIn. The morning course will concentrate on why this growing platform is a vital tool in generating new business and give advice to relevant people on how to build an individual profile that stands out from others. The session will be hosted by PMW’s Social Media Director Tracie Carter.
The second workshop, taking place on Friday 19 October, will give businesses an overview of how to make the most out of PR to ensure they are featured positively in the media. The course will be led by Gina Hollands, PMW’s PR and Commercial Director.
Gina commented: “With so many different marketing options available, it can be difficult for small and medium sized businesses to know what would work best for them, especially as their marketing budgets are generally a fraction of those enjoyed by larger organisations. We’ve therefore designed our courses to give an overview of two cost-effective options which we believe every SME should be doing.”
Tracie added: “Done well, both social media and PR can effectively communicate a company’s goals and mission, as well as create a real sense of personality. Done badly, and the results can be calamitous. Our masterclasses will be packed with tips and insights on these two important aspects of marketing, and we look forward to welcoming everyone along.”
Each Masterclass takes place at PMW’s Billingshurst office between 9.30am and 1pm. Each course costs £120 per person and places can be booked by visiting PMW’s website – www.pmwcom.co.uk.
