On Friday 7th September, Horsham’s leading independent estate agency, Brock Taylor, were once more shortlisted for two categories in the prestigious Negotiator Awards.
These awards are fiercely contested and open to all the UK’s estate agencies to enter, with the winners set to be announced at a grand gala dinner at the sumptuous Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London on 30th November 2018.
Finalists in two categories
This year, the team at Brock Taylor are finalists in two categories; the first is the UK’s Best Single Office Agency and the Best Estate Agency (of any size in the South East). Finalists were shortlisted after a detailed judging process, undertaken by a carefully selected panel of 16 highly experienced judges, who are all leaders in their field.
With a total of 34 different categories these awards are “The Oscars” of the estate agency world, with the winners hand-picked from many hundreds of entries – an astonishing 53 per cent uplift on 2017!
Brock Taylor’s Managing Director, Peter Maskell, commented “I am naturally extremely proud that my team has once more being recognised as one of the best estate agencies in the country. We work tirelessly to offer the best service possible and in a challenging market have managed to maintain strong sales, in a marketplace where volumes are dropping.”
He continued, “Having already won 6 previous awards from The Negotiator, including the UK’s Best Small Estate Agency on 4 separate occasions I can understand how hard it is to be acknowledged as the best of the best.
I believe this year will be even harder than previous years, with more than 20 estate agencies shortlisted for the Best Single Office category alone, so will have my fingers firmly crossed on the night to add to our large collection of silverware!”
On the night the ceremony will be hosted by a top TV celebrity, where last years’ host, Jimmy Carr, presented Peter and his team with the award for the Best Estate Agency in the South East.
Brock Taylor is one of Horsham’s best-known estate agents, who offer a full complement of property services, that includes advice on buying or selling property, together with a successful lettings and property management department based at their dedicated lettings office, at 6 East Street. In addition, they also have a Land & New Homes division, that can provide specialist advice on valuing land, assessing planning permission potential and selling new homes too.
The team have recently supervised development and sales for the former council office building, Holmes Park, that has been converted into 102 apartments, with over 70% already reserved.
If you are looking to buy, sell or let any property within the Horsham area we would recommend that you contact the experienced team on 01403 272022, for sales, 01403 272002 for lettings.
