For 2018, INTOTO is delighted to be presenting an evening of four newly commissioned works from innovative and daring Anthony Missen (Company Chameleon), internationally acclaimed Abi Mortimer (Lila Dance), award-winning Dam Van Huynh, and rising choreographic talent Nuno Campos.
INTOTO DANCE has a tradition of commissioning work by established figures in the world of contemporary dance, and dance theatre, as well as supporting emerging choreographers, including LSC graduates. This is reflected in excitingly diverse programmes, performed by talented undergraduate dancers from one of the country’s most prestigious performing arts colleges, London Studio Centre.
Previous Company members have gone on to a range of diverse and exciting careers, appearing with companies, including Rambert Dance Company, Richard Alston Dance Company, Phoenix Dance Theatre, and Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures. Others have featured in productions by the English National Opera and The Royal Opera, or films by the BBC and Channel 4. Some have created their own works and founded dance companies., or work as choreographers or in arts management. This variety of graduate success demonstrates the high levels of technical excellence, creativity, passion and versatility that students develop as part of INTOTO DANCE.
