In February, AToM was awarded the national accolade of ‘best mortgage broker’ in the short term lending sector and in September, the company was given the ‘best use of technology’ title in the British National Mortgage Adviser Awards, voted for by both mortgage lenders and banks, as well as other mortgage intermediaries around the UK.
Neal Jannels, AToM director with responsibility for the design and implementation of their new CRM system, accepted the award at the ceremony held at the Financial Services Expo 2017. Neal said: “We have designed the system with all interested parties in mind, from the client through to the lender, enabling a seamless process, from initial product identification right through to mortgage offer and beyond.
“Most systems operate on an individual staged basis, meaning that the client or broker has to re-input information at every separate stage of the mortgage process. We have managed to overcome this, through integration with an increasing number of mortgage lenders, allowing us to upload key details and documents directly onto their internal systems.”
The AToM system can source a product based upon the applicants stated objectives, produce the required Key features information, conduct a full Decision in Principle and pre-populate the lenders application using the initial data provided. This has been shown to save up to 3 hours of the mortgage intermediaries’ time, saving both this and cost to the consumer.
AToM are a mortgage broker with national distribution, serving the needs of mortgage consumers and mortgage intermediaries in addition to distributing mortgage products on behalf of mortgage lenders and banks. The business has supported the local mortgage community in Horsham for more than 26 years and have won numerous national titles in that period. The company also won the West Sussex County Times ‘Horsham Business of The Year’ in 2009.
Jannels added: “this award for our technology system is exciting and we are talking to a large number of our introducing customers who want to make use of it. We are also only in phase one and we are excited at what the next instalments will bring. Watch this space! ”
