Piries Bar in Horsham town centre has been steadily growing their Gin offering and has now swept past the 100 milestone.
With Gins from as far afield as New Zealand and Canada, as well as 11 from Sussex, Gin fever has truly taken grip. Ross Andrews, Manager at Piries, said: “We started off with 9 Gins 14 months ago, but it was clear that we were going to have to grow our range pretty fast – our guests just can’t get enough of the new exciting ones that we discover. We’ve even had to modify the bar to make space for them all!”
All of the Gins in stock are sampled by the team at Piries Bar, who debate and decide on the perfect garnish to compliment the G&T. Garnishes range from the traditional Lemon or Lime to the more adventurous Bay Leaf, Cardamon pods, or even Star Anise.
