Bluecoat Sports Health and Fitness Club – based in Christ’s Hospital – have announced two new hires within their personal training department in the lead up to Christmas and the New Year.
The innovative sports club utilises up to date facilities and expert teams to help members reach and surpass their fitness goals. Joining the staff are personal trainers Richard Millis and Liam O’Reardon Yeates.
Richard has a passionate background in fitness, is a keen footballer and previously played for Portsmouth FC. His areas of expertise include weight loss and increasing muscle strength and size in his clients, depending on their goals.
His qualifications include level 2 fitness trainer, level 3 personal trainer and sports nutrition.
Liam joins with over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry and has even represented his county as a semi-professional rugby player. His specialities include boosting client’s confidence to create a positive mindset – all part of a healthier lifestyle.
His qualifications include advanced personal training, boxercise and gym instruction for adolescents. Liam hopes to help people from all walks of life improve their fitness and thinks Bluecoats is the ideal place to achieve these aims.
