Bargain hunters are making a charity shop a victim of its own success.
They have been buying so briskly from the Cancer Research UK shop in East Street, Horsham, that it is low on stock.
Shop manager Victoria Godfrey said: “It has been so busy that we are rapidly running out of items to sell. We are asking for everyone to have a “sort out” of summer clothing, shoes, handbags, homeware, dvds and paperback books.
We have recently expanded our children’s department which has been so popular and need clothing, games and toys.”
Last year staff and volunteers at the shop won the award for the national charity’s best shop for its high levels of sales and hard work in fund raising.
