Outdoor Cook Centre serves up a treat

Bradley Stoves Outdoor Cook Centre held a demonstration cook day on Friday, show cooking on the Ozpig and the Kamado Joe. A really tasty whole PIRI chicken was cooking on the rotisserie on the stunning and robust BBQ from Ozpig, I love this little, yet powerful product, it delivers exceptional BBQ grilling and cooking! There is also fabulous warmth from within the safely contained wood chamber, which was enjoyed as Friday came with lots of rain! It’s great to gather round with friends and family, putting on the perfect outdoor entertainment. You can also hit the road with your Ozpig as it a great fishing and camping companion. With a combination cooking options you can BBQ and grill, oven cook, wok and best of all this does rotisserie cooking, the Chicken was delicious.


Sausages, stuffed peppers, garlic mushrooms and roasted vegetables took the limelight on The Kamado Joe. The Kamado Joe is famous for its superior cooking performance as it maintains temperature, cooks quickly, whilst keeping your meat moist! This really is the King of BBQ’s and would look fantastic in any garden or patio as they range from the Joe Jr to Big Joe. The food will have a delicious wood-fired flavour dependent on what type of wood you use, from succulent steaks to cooking your Christmas turkey, the Kamado Joe will take barbecuing to a new level and you’ll be using your grill all year long!


Being lovers of the great outdoors, and al fresco dining, The Outdoor Cook Centre decided to increase their range of products to include pizza ovens, outdoor kitchens, barbecues, chimineas and the Bradley Smoker. They have a wide range of ovens and outdoor equipment on show, including the Bradley Smokers, and ovens from Alfa Pizza, Morso, Bronpi, and Gardeco’.
