Update: Cyclist flown to hospital after Collision

Police are appealing for witnesses to a collision near Broadbridge Heath today ( Wednesday)
At about 9.05am at the Newbridge roundabout at the junction of A264 and the A281 Guildford Road, Broadbridge Heath, Horsham, a 37-year-old man on a cycle was in collision with a black Audi Q7 car.
The cyclist suffered a serious head injury and was airlifted to St George’s Hospital at Tooting.

Sergeant Neil Cox said: “This was a serious collision and as a result there were some severe delays in the Horsham and Broadbridge Heath areas and Sussex Police would also like to take this opportunity to thank drivers for their patience whilst this collision was being dealt with.”
