Horsham teenager, singer/songwriter Nathanael Landskroner, 16, has had a busy year so far.
He most recently scooped Judges Champion and People’s Choice in the 16 year old singer category of The One and has been nominated for Best Original Artist which will be decided at a showcase on June 14. He is also through to the TeenStar Regional Final in Brighton.
Recently Nathanael released his debut single ‘Braking In The Fast Lane’ which is available on iTunes, Spotify and Google. His single has been played on regional radio stations and was interviewed and performed on the live sessions with Ridge Radio.
Last year Nathanael successfully auditioned for The X Factor achieving four yes’s at Wembley Arena placing him in the top 23 boys at bootcamp. He made the difficult decision to pull out prior to bootcamp as the dates clashed with a world premiere musical he was already cast in with National Youth Music Theatre.
The show, BRASS went on the win Best Musical Production 2014 in the UK Theatre Awards and Nathanael has just finished recording the original cast CD which will be released in June. Next month he will be filmed singing one of the songs from the show as part on an Arts Council funded project. Nathanael will audition again for X factor this year.
Nathanael has performed as pre show support on the Forum Stage at the LG Arena in Birmingham for both Robbie Williams and Michael Buble and has been invited back as pre show support for The Vamps in May.
Nathanael has two local performances coming up: his first headline gig at The Latest Bar in Brighton on Saturday, April 4, which is nearly sold out and the TeenStar regional final in Brighton on Sunday, April 12.
