Is your weight weighing on your mind?

Horsham-based life coaching specialist, The Mind and Body School, has unveiled a ground breaking new programme of workshops to help the residents of West Sussex address – and succeed with – the weighty issue of weight loss.

Called ‘I need to lose weight…’ and taking place at Cisswood House Hotel from Tuesday September 16, the programme of four powerful two hour long sessions has been specifically designed to help participants achieve their weight loss goals.

Co-founder Nicola Riley told The District Post: “Most of us have been on a diet of some type at some point in our lives yet we still often fail to keep to them. This programme looks at the root source behind what’s stopping us from losing weight. It looks at our emotional connection with food and our patterns and behaviours and it also looks at our body image.”

Running between 7pm and 9pm across four successive Tuesday evenings, the programme of workshops will feature proven life coaching strategies to help delegates achieve a mind-set shift in relation to weight, health and lifestyle, and will be delivered by The Mind & Body School’s course leaders Nicola Riley and Anna Kavanagh. No fads, no gimmicks… just results, the healthy way.

Nicola Riley said: “We all know that diets in the traditional sense just don’t work. While you might lose a few pounds by sticking to a strict regime, in the longer term they’re hard to stick with, and more often than not you end up falling off the wagon only to pile everything back on.

“We approach things differently.  By looking at the whole picture – your relationship with food, your goals, your motivation, – we’ll impart you with the knowledge that you need to identify and succeed in achieving your ideal dress size, not just now, but always. What do you have to lose?”

‘I Need to Lose Weight…’ will take place between 7pm and 9pm from Tuesday, September 16, and will cost £95 for the programme of four workshops. If you book with a friend it will cost £85.

Nicola added: “We’ve done this in the past on a one to one basis. It motivates you to also make changes in other ares of your life as well.”

Places are strictly limited and will be offered on a first come, first served basis.  To apply for a place, contact The Mind & Body School’s Anna Kavanagh on akavanagh@live.co.uk or visit www.mindandbodyschool.co.uk for further information.
