Horsham man charged as part of festive drink-driving campaign

A Horsham man has been charged with drink-driving as part of Sussex Police’s Christmas campaign.

Graham Covey, 61, was arrested at 9pm on 26 December after a crash on the A281 at Rudgwick.

Covey, of Guildford Road, Horsham, was charged with drink-driving and released on bail to appear at Crawley Magistrates’ Court on 22 January.

A total of 123 people have now been charged with drink or drug-related driving offences as part of the Christmas campaign.
