Horsham has been host to a number of great live music events and musicians this year, and the latest, Rockin’ The Park, is set to be no exception, with music from Brit-award nominated pop rock band The Feeling, Misha B, and music from The Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra.
The event runs over two days on Saturday, September 7, and Sunday, September 8 at Horsham Sports Club, Cricketfield road. As well as a full line-up of live music there will also be crafts, food and drink, and fairground rides.
The Saturday line up will include West Sussex band, The Feeling, who entered into the UK singles chart at number seven with their single Fill my Little World.
Also on the bill is X Factor contestant Misha B, beatbox masters Duke, 1970’s glam rock singer Janey Bombshell, Brighton-based Half Hour Hotel, local singer and songwriter Taygan Paxton, and acoustic boyband, Concept.
Sunday’s line up includes The Royal Philharmonic Concert orchestra, performing the ‘Best of Broadway’ with singers straight from London’s West End. The Military Wives Choir will also be taking to the stage, and there will also be a number of local orchestras and choirs.
Gates open at midday and music is from 2pm to 8pm. Tickets cost £15 per day and under fives go free, under 14s must be accompanied by an adult.
