The incredible University of Chichester Touring company bring this cult, exuberant rock version of Puccini’s La Boheme to the stage, with its life-affirming score that captures the heart and spirit of a generation.
It tells the unforgettable story of a group of young artists struggling to survive, falling in love, finding their voices and living for today. The group of impoverished young artists live in New York’s Lower East Side in the thriving days of Bohemian Alphabet City, under the shadow of Aids.

Cast member Chasity Crisp, who plays Thomasina Collins, said: “This show requires a great amount of passion and emotion. The journeys each character takes are all incredibly moving.”
Artistic Director Karen Howard added: “Our cast are all final-year students who have just completed one of the most demanding music courses in the university. They are all working to go into the industry and have approached this as any professional actor would.”
