A new pre-school activity group is launching in the Horsham, Reigate and Crawley area, starting in Horsham from Wednesday, February 27, called the Whirly Wiggle Story Club.
The group has been started by local mum Tracy Nampala who has 15 years of experience working in pre-school children’s TV including Mike the Knight, Get Squiggling, Little Einsteins, Thomas and Friend, and The Mr Men.
Tracy said: “It is an interactive story club which encourages parents and carers to join in with their child.
“The target age is two to five-year-olds but we do welcome younger siblings.”
The Whirly Wiggle Story Club brings stories to life with puppets, music, movement and play, and the music is exclusively composed by Anton Mullan who has been very successful in the business for the last 35 years. Anton has worked with Paul McCartney, John Lennon and played bass for Chuck Berry.
Anton’s credits include Cheggers Plays Pop, Rod Hull and Emu, and more recently Big Cook, Little Cook, and Get Squiggling, for CBeebies.
Sessions will take place at The Pavilions in the Park in the upstairs studio. It will run every Wednesday during school term time from 10am for 40 minutes.
Each session is themed and songs and stories are customised for the theme of the day.
There is a half price trial session and sibling discounts, sessions usually cost £4.50
