Association helps Collyer’s students

The Collyer’s Association has awarded bursaries of up to £150 per student.

The awards will help students to fund their further studies and support student projects, such as creating a dynamic theatre production for young people and raising money for local charities including Chestnut Tree House children’s hospice.

Association secretary Sarah Hawen said: “These are incredible students who thoroughly deserve the generous support of the Collyer’s Association. They are a credit to Collyer’s and Horsham. We wish them good luck with their worthy and exciting projects.”

Assistant principal Melanie Russell said: “The Collyer’s Association is a parental body, set up to help look at raising money to help and support Collyer’s students and the college. Membership of the association is available to all parents whose son or daughter is currently attending Collyer’s. We are always keen to welcome new members.”

Email if your son or daughter is due to start at Collyer’s in September and you are interested in joining the association.
